The D18 Proxy Contest
line

The proxies for this year’s Regional Conference (in Rockville, Maryland) and International Convention (in Calgary, Canada) were mailed on March 31. This year these proxies have a special importance – as we have a candidate for International Director, Annelie Weber, DTM. Be on the look-out for a blue envelope from TI with the words “Important Proxy Information Enclosed” on the front.

As soon as possible after receiving these proxies, we ask you to do the following:

  • Sign both Proxies (‘R’ and ‘A’) * See sample below.
  • Return to the District Governor – they are already pre-addressed
  • Even if you plan on attending, please return the proxies to the District Governor. If you do attend, then you may can get your vote back from the District Governor and cast it yourself. If you don’t attend, then we have your proxy and can cast the vote on your behalf. This way no votes are lost.

If you have not received the envelope with the proxies by the end of April, let me know and I will request a duplicate. World Headquarters will send only one duplicate proxy, so email me with the following information.

  • Club Name
  • Club Number
  • President's name (must be the same name that is on file at TI)
  • President's complete address

Voting Procedures: click here.

NOTE – these proxies are NOT the ones used for the District Conference….those can be found here.
