The Advanced Leader (AL) under the old (pre July 1, 2006) is also the same as the new Advanced Leader - Silver (under the system that began July 1, 2006 - go here for an overview). You may continue to achieve the AL until June 30, 2008.
 
To achieve the Advanced Leader (AL) award, you must:

 Achieve the Competent Leader (CL) award

 Serve a complete term as one of these District Club Officers:
 
  To view duties of any club officer position, click on that position using the list at the left.
