Club Vice President's Standards

Each club officer must meet performance standards. These standards guide officers in understanding their roles while helping members identify the performance they should expect from club officers.

 

Outside of the Club Meeting

  1. Attend district-sponsored club-officer training.
  2. Promote the Club to a local media.
  3. Produce a Club newsletter and/or website
  4. Promote membership programs.
  5. Attend Club Executive Committee meetings.
  6. Attend other Toastmasters events.
  7. Attend District-sponsored Club officer training
  8. Arrange for a replacement, if unable to attend club meeting
  9. Maintain relationship with the District and with Toastmasters
10. Prepare your successor for office.

At the Club Meeting

  1. Announce upcoming events and programs.
  2. Ask for contributions to the newsletter.
  3. Greet members and guests.
