Public Relations Officer
 

This officer is responsible for developing a public relations and communications program for the District. Duties include: submitting a public relations program to the District Executive Committee for approval; supervising a communication program to keep Clubs informed about District goals, achievements, and educational programming; developing a public relations and publicity program through use of press, television, radio, aimed at making Toastmasters better known.
