District 18 Table Topics and International Speech Contests
District 18 2012 Spring Conference

Based on the District 18 alignment as of 7/1/2012 and the Speech Contest Rulebook,
the following is in effect for the Spring 2012 Evaluation and Humorous Speech Contests:

Clubs in Areas with 4 assigned clubs or fewer, may send the two highest placed available contestants from each club to compete in the Area contest.

Clubs in the following Areas are affected for the Spring 2012 Contests:
21, 22, 32, 35, 41, 42, 43, 44, 54, 61, 62

Areas in Divisions with 4 assigned areas or fewer, may send the two highest placed available contestants from the Area contests to compete in the Division Contests.

Areas in the following Divisions are affected for the Spring 2012 Contests:
A, B, C, D, E, F

Divisions may send only the highest placed available contestant from the Division contests to compete at the District 18 Contests
