Home > Meet District Officers > District Council Meeting District Council Meeting The District 18 Council meets twice a year at the Fall and Spring District Conferences and consists of the D18 Executive Committee and two representatives, the President and VP of Education, from each club in District 18. The District 18 Executive Committee consists of all Area Governors, Division Governors, District Governor, Lt. Governors, Public Relations Officer, Secretary, Treasurer, and Immediate Past District Governor. The District Council Meeting is often referred to as the District Business Meeting. This spring, we will meet on May 8 at 10:55 AM at the Sheraton Dover in Dover, DE. Your district leaders are elected each year at the business meeting at the Spring District 18 Conference. In addition to officer elections, we will adopt our District Alignment of Clubs and Areas, hear the Mid-Year Audit Report, Treasurer’s Report, as well as hear reports from current District Officers. Club Presidents and VPE’s who cannot attend the meeting may assign a proxy to allow another club member to vote as a representative of the club. Check the links below for more information: |
