Suzette has a Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and
a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She was the
Chief Social Worker for an eating disorders clinic for 5 years. She is
a graduate of the Institute for Life Coach Training, a program accredited by
the International Coaching Federation. She is a member of
Coachville. |

Using her
experience as an eating disorders therapist as the inspiration for her
coaching practice, Suzette’s niches are emotional fitness for lifestyle
change and health care practitioners. Emotional fitness refers to
identifying, prioritizing, and meeting your needs in a way that increases
your life satisfaction. Emotional fitness for lifestyle change focuses on
overcoming the emotional roadblocks that prevent you from achieving your
exercise and nutrition goals. Additionally, Suzette coaches health care
professionals to care for their needs in order to attain higher levels of
personal satisfaction, maintain high-quality patient care, and avoid
burnout. |

Athletic Club of Arnold, MD to provide life coaching services as part of
their Holistic Health department. The Holistic Health services are open to
members and non-members of Big Vanilla Athletic Club. Suzette is a member
of the Severna Park Chamber of Commerce. She has been a member of the
Annapolis Toastmasters since February 2005. |
