TOASTMASTERS INTERNATIONAL POLICY CHANGES REGARDING INCENTIVES AWARDS…GIFT CARDS
Effective as of August 27, 2020 Toastmasters International has terminated the use of THIRD-PARTY Visa Gift cards. The District has to adhere to the new policy and can only gift TI Gift Certificates instead of Visa Gift Cards for incentives award.

- Some of you have reached out to ask what the change is regarding third-party gift cards and if there is an effective date associated with the change?
- Third-party gift cards will no longer be allowed for District use—this includes the use of such cards for incentives and gifts and thank yous. This change has been added to Protocol 8.4 District Fiscal Management, Section 8, with an effective date of August 27, 2020.
- With these changes to the policy and Protocol the district has NO choice but to adhere to the changes.
- All clubs will be receiving two $25 gift card for accomplishing the dues renewal challenge of 8 paid members that ended on August 31, 2020. CONGRATULATIONS to Everyone. Great Job and well deserve.
