Welcome to District 18’s Toastmasters Leadership Institute (TLI). Also known as Club Officer Training (COT). Training is more than checking off a box on your Distinguished Club Program (DCP) goals. Training is arming you with the tools needed to have a great club – leading to member satisfaction – leading to member retention.
Current club officers and Toastmasters who are curious about additional leadership should attend. In addition, we urge past club officers to attend so they can share what they have learned with the new leaders. We look forward to seeing you at training!
